I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
We design all of our pieces in-house and work with printers around the U.S. to bring our designs to life. Each item is made to order - please allow 2 - 10 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
WHY HAS PART OF MY ORDER SHIPPED/WHY HAVE I RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
As a small business, we use multiple printers around the U.S. to bring our designs to life. If you order multiple items that are made by different printers, you may receive separate tracking numbers and receive them in separate packages. You can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an order update!
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & UPS and international orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from. **Please note that mail services are experiencing delays to COVID and these times may be longer for that reason**
Average transit times to the United States from our printers: 2-5 Business days
Average transit times to International: 15 - 20 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the mail carrier.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, we provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers if the pieces are made by different printers.
HOW DO I RETURN? CAN I GET A REFUND?
Due to the fact that all our pieces are made to order, we accept returns for store credit only. You have 14 days after delivery to request to return your items. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be able to assist you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?Because all of our pieces are made to order, orders cannot be canceled if our printers have begun production on any part of the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "CANCEL ORDER #____" as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If production hasn't started on the order, we can cancel and issue a refund. If production HAS begun on any part of the order, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.
CAN I CHANGE MY TEE SIZES AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Sizes cannot be changed on an order once production begins on the order, even before it is shipped. Every item is made to order.
CAN I GET HELP WITH SIZING?
We provide sizing info and size charts for every item! If you have a specific fit question, feel free to email us at email@example.com. We cannot tell you exactly what size to order, but we can give suggestions.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
